Dawna is the founder of and lead therapist at A New Dawn, A New Beginning. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is trained and experienced in providing counseling and therapy for individuals, families, couples, children, adolescents, and adults. Dawna has extensive training in trauma related treatment interventions and she specializes in the assessment and treatment of trauma related disorders. Dawna offers integrative and evidence-based treatments for clients. She also offers consultation for family members who may have also been affected by trauma and/or abuse.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Dawna’s work integrates developmental, biological, psychodynamic, and interpersonal aspects of the impact of trauma and its treatment.
